Returns

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must show no signs of use, washing, or alterations

There is no restocking fee for returns.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery

  • Email the photos with your order number to sales@industrialmats.co.uk

Our team will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Please note: Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

If your refund appears delayed:
