Unlike standard PVC, which can become sticky and less functional in low temperatures, our polar clear PVC maintains optimal performance even at temperatures as low as -24°C. This ensures that the curtain remains easy to pass through and performs effectively in extreme cold.
Our PVC curtain strips are available by the linear metre, allowing you to order precisely the length you need. Each strip is cut to your specifications and punched to fit hanging rails configured for an 80% overlap. This setup ensures a perfect fit and easy installation, whether you’re setting up new curtains or replacing old ones. The polargrade clear PVC offers excellent see-through qualities, allowing light to pass through with minimal distortion while providing a clear view of the environment.
The strips are supplied rolled up, which may cause some initial curling. To ensure the best results, unroll and allow them to flatten out overnight before installation. If immediate use is required or if the strips are installed in colder conditions, reverse rolling or gentle heat can help manage any curling.
