Returning Purchases
Purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Damaged Items
If an order arrives damaged, take a photo within 24 hours as evidence and email it to sales@industrialmats.co.uk with your order number. Our team will find a solution. Claims made after 24 hours will not be valid.

When we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you by email if it is accepted. Accepted returns will be refunded within 5 days to the original payment method.
